Supporting The Alzheimers Society
Interline UK have decided to support the Alzheimers Society again with £1 for every 4 points scored by Jim Rainbird during the 2013 season. A possible 265 points are up for grabs at each round (530 at Glan Y Gor North Wales). Check this page for updates as the series continues.

Conset Kart had a points total of 1229 in 2013 so this will mean a donation of £307.35 to the Alzheimers Society

Alzheimers too often robs people and their loved ones of many years of normal life. We all hope to reach a ripe old age .. To reach that goal with our memories and abilities intact means that the person retains their independence .. Something most of us are lucky enough to take for granted at least in our younger years.  The Alzheimers Society is dedicated to defeating dementia.

Alzheimer's Research

‘Conset Kart’
The health benefits of height adjustable desking for all office workers are now generally accepted with numerous studies and press reports in recent years showing strong evidence that ‘the chair is a Killer’. Conset engineering and expertise has brought affordability to the UK electric desk market since 2004 and today has a range and UK customer supply network that is hard to beat for overall value and service.

All this makes height adjustable healthy working more affordable and accessible. As more and more people switch to this way of daily working the pay back in health and fitness longevity of office staff can only improve.

For 2013 .. At 52 years old, driver Jim Rainbird is certainly one of the oldest drivers, for last year only 7 of 40 drivers were over 30 in the light weight class and ‘Conset Kart’ finished 8th in the championship and the points tally provided a donation to The Alzheimer's Society of £377. This year there are 44 drivers entered and hopefully a few more over the age of 30 !

2013 - Conset Kart will be on track again throughout the UK and again will be supporting ‘The Alzheimer's Society’
